Definitely sucks for people who have to spend the holiday alone because it really shoves romance in your face all day and the days leading up to it. Also, shouldn’t you be nice to your partner all the time and not go all out for a single day just because the world tells you to? All service would stop while everyone would oooo and asaah. It sucked. I wanted my partner to feel special and had booked several surprises ahead of time but they all got screwed up because of couples getting engaged.
