To start the Valentine’s Event, head over to Moosewood and look for the Cupid Statue. Below the statue, you’ll find an NPC who will greet you with a Happy Valentine’s Day message. Talk to the NPC and choose the first option to open the event menu. Before you can start the Valentine’s quest in Fisch, you must visit the Valentine’s NPC near Moosewood. Thankfully, you won’t need the GPS in Fisch to locate him. But if you still need the coordinates, go to XYZ: 349, 136, 330.4. Once near the shipwright in Moosewood, look for the Cupid statue where the NPC stands.
